R.A. Pacific Northwest Partners is a partnership between Ridgetown Capital and Assurance Capital Partners. Assurance Capital Partners have built an impressive history of working well with entrepreneurs and business owners to build value together and win together.
Historically, Assurance Capital Partners has had multiple investments in the packaging industry including contract pharmaceutical packaging, clinical trial packaging and folding carton, and pressure sensitive label manufacturing.
Currently, Assurance Capital Partners has eight investments across a range of businesses that include a market leading craft brewery, an auto service center rollup, and a healthcare clinic rollup.

Jeff Sziklai
Jeff Sziklai
Jeff spent 25 years building Bellwyck Packaging Solutions, a small, family-owned packaging business into a global supplier to the healthcare and premium brands industries. He led a team of 500 employees in eight manufacturing sites across Canada, the U.S., and Europe.
Jeff lives in Collingwood, Ontario with his wife and daughter. He spends his spare time skiing, hiking, and cycling through the hills of Grey County.
Greg Keizer
Greg Keizer
Greg is the former President of Bellwyck Pharma Services and has spent over 20 years in the packaging and pharmaceutical industry in a variety of sales, marketing and leadership positions. In his most recent role with Bellwyck, Greg was responsible for growing a team of 200 employees in four global sites, until the company was acquired by PCI Pharma Services in 2020.
Greg lives in Langley, British Columbia with his wife. They are currently spending their spare time learning about regenerative farming for their 20 acre farm. He also loves to spend time outdoors camping and hiking.
Cameron Bannon
Cameron Bannon
Cameron is a former senior investment professional at Onex, a global investment firm, where he helped lead the firm’s investing efforts in manufacturing and distribution businesses. Cameron has helped create value at several companies as an investor, board member, and partner to management teams.
Cameron lives in North Vancouver, British Columbia with his wife and two sons. Cameron and his family love to spend time together outdoors and enjoy hiking, camping, and skiing.
